Ihre Aufgaben

Du berätst unsere Kunden im Kontext der ServiceNow Architektur.
Du kennst die best practices für ServiceNow und setzen diese ein und geben diese für das Entwicklerteam vor.
Du arbeitest eng mit allen anderen Verantwortlichen in agilen, vielfältigen und interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.
Du hast stets ein Auge auf technische und prozessuale Abhängigkeiten zwischen der ServiceNow-Plattform und anderen Kundensystemen.
In den Projekten bist du in der Lage, Unternehmensabläufe schnell zu analysieren und zu gestalten.
Du lieferst eine maßgeschneiderte Prozessarchitektur, die optimal auf die Möglichkeiten der ServiceNow-Plattform abgestimmt ist.

Dein Profil

Als Architekt hast du das große Ganze im Blick und sorgen dafür, dass alle beteiligten Bereiche harmonisch zusammenarbeiten.
Gemeinsam mit den Business Analysten und dem Entwicklerteam arbeitest du an der Konzeption der Lösungen, die unsere Kunden erfolgreich machen.
Du weißt über kommende Releases Bescheid und berücksichtigen diese in den Konzepten, die du für die Entwickler erstellen.
Du bist Sparringpartner für das Entwicklungsteam und dem Kunden und können diese in die richtige Richtung lenken, um eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der Lösungen zu gewährleisten.

Qualifikationen:

Mehr als 4 Jahre Erfahrung mit der ServiceNow-Plattform entweder auf Beratungs- oder Entwicklungsebene.
Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche - ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SPM oder ähnlich.
Entwicklung technischer Lösungen zur Erfüllung von Geschäftsanforderungen unter Verwendung von ServiceNow
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, um ServiceNow Lösungen zu entwerfen und die Implementierung zu führen
ServiceNow-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil.

Your mission

You advise our customers in the context of the ServiceNow architecture.
You know the best practices for ServiceNow, implement them and provide them to the development team.
You work closely with all other responsible parties in agile, diverse and interdisciplinary teams.
You always keep an eye on technical and procedural dependencies between the ServiceNow platform and other customer systems.
In the projects, you are able to quickly analyze and design business processes.
You deliver a customized process architecture that is optimally adapted to the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform.

Your profile

As an architect, you keep an eye on the big picture and ensure that all areas involved work together harmoniously.
Together with the business analysts and the development team, you work on designing the solutions that make our customers successful.
You are aware of upcoming releases and take them into account in the concepts you create for the developers.
You are a sparring partner for the development team and the customer and can steer them in the right direction to ensure sustainable development of the solutions.

Qualifications:

More than 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform either at consulting or development level.
Experience in one or more of the following areas - ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SPM or similar.
Develop technical solutions to fulfill business requirements using ServiceNow
Collaborate with various teams to design ServiceNow solutions and lead the implementation
ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
